  let me start with saying, I would never use these people if I had a choice. I am renting and my Landlords have a contract with them. we had some fleas and they were scheduled to come out to spray the inside of our house. After having the house completely ready, we were sitting in our car (myself, the wife, daughter, and 2 dogs) waiting for them to show up, at 10:30 we called and after the lady was rude, because she wasn't listening, we were told they would be there close to noon. so we left, drove 10 mins to get some coffee and lunch. while we were gone, the guy showed up. We told him we would be back in 10 mins. when we got back, he was gone and there was a note saying "We missed you". SO, my wife called then up again, told them that was not acceptable, and they need to send someone out. after about 20 min, someone shows up. I notice it is the GM, Orvalle, and so I'm thinking we will be taken care of. Once he is finished spraying inside, he tells me the guy will come back and spray the outside of the house and the dog-run. I tell him that we use the front yard as the dog-run (the front yard is only about 15x20. he proceeds to tell me they aren't going to spray the front yard because fleas don't live in grass. He could tell I didn't believe him so he told me numerous times "Trust me, I'm the professional" so he leaves. once he is gone, we do research and the number one place fleas live, besides animals, is moist grass. So, I call these guys again, and start telling her that they need to come back and spray the yard, she puts me on Hold and then Orville gets on. He again tells me that fleas don't live in grass and argues with me. When I ask him if he is arguing with me, he says "You aren't the customer, the home owners are." then he hangs up on me. We still haven't had anyone come out and spray anything outside, including the house, which they said they would do. Terrible service! rude people! unprofessional, and lazy! NEVER use these jerks for ANY reason!!! if you do, whatever happens is your own fault!
