  I have been a customer for about 5 years. Within the last year there has been many changes within Enviro-tech. Natalie and Lenny were the two staff members I mainly dealt with in the past and they were wonderful and always took care of our family account. However, recently I have had to deal with a very rude woman named Jessica in the office. Jessica sent my account to collections for one, I repeat one over due payment. I did call to pay the overdue bill, she was completely rude and condescending. Very unprofessional. On top of that she is trying to charge me for the first initial treatment that is supposed to be "free". Instead of trying to keep my business she has refused to take my overdue payment with a late fee. Sad to say this was a company I highly recommended at one time. I would stay away from this company!
