    When we spoke to the sales person we let him know that we wanted our carpet installed on Monday April 10, 2017. We would be off that day, and the next day was my wife's birthday so we wanted to make sure it would be done.We called on Friday April 7th and made sure we were still on for Monday. He said they would be there between 8 - 9 AM. At 9:30 AM no installers. Called and was told they would be there around 10 AM. Nobody at 10:30 and then was told they will be there by 11. Nobody again, then was told 12 - 12:30 PM. When that came and went we were then told the installers had to do an installation at a dentist office because it was the only date they could do it. We spent Saturday, Sunday, and from Monday at 3 AM moving furniture into the garage, kitchen, and out on the lanai. They wanted to come later in the week. We said we cannot do that. They finally said they would come the next day, so ruined my wife's birthday. While talking with installers we found out that the sales person and Chad (owners son) lied to us multiple times. The sales person came out when the carpet install was half finished he said sign this. I said if you are asking us to say the job is done to our satisfaction, we are not signing until they are finished. He walked out then came back and said if you do not sign I am having the installer tear out the carpet. The installers said they would refuse to remove it. The sales person then said I need you to sign because this is our approval to start the job. He forgot to get us to sign it originally. I waited to do this review for 3 months as Chad promised he was going to make this up to us and was going to get my wife a $100 gift certificate to Benedetto's. He never did. When we went in to pay the final payment the day after the install we also asked for care instructions and he said they would email it to us. They never did. The installers deserve 5 stars, the rest should get minus multiple stars. I see most give great reviews, and if they had done what they promised, or at least had told us they would not be out on Monday we would have been much happier.
